SalesRocketCRM provides tools to manage leads, contacts, accounts, and sales processes. You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to:

• Uploading harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using data scraping, bots, or automated tools
• Interfering with platform performance or security
• Using the platform for fraudulent or abusive activities

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

SalesRocketCRM is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access if your credentials are compromised.

4. Subscription & Payments

SalesRocketCRM offers free and paid subscription plans. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree:

• To pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan
• That fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice
• No credit card is required for the free trial
• You may cancel at any time, but payments are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all CRM data you upload, including leads, contacts, accounts, and attachments.

By using our platform, you grant SalesRocketCRM permission to securely process and store your data for the purpose of providing services.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Payment fails for paid subscriptions

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

SalesRocketCRM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Platform downtime or access issues
• Loss of data due to user actions
• Third-party service outages
• Unauthorized account access

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and platform content are the property of SalesRocketCRM. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify users via email or platform notices.
